Yesterday Hillary Clinton held a conference call with bloggers and she said that she would be a stronger general election candidate:

Democrats don’t win the White House at least since 1916 without winning West Virginia [which Clinton won with a 41+ lead]. We now have won states totaling 300 electoral votes. Barack has won states totaling 217 electoral votes…I have a cushion on the electoral vote majority; he has a significant deficit. It is the map not the math.

I believe as the nominee I will win. I believe that my opponent could win. And that’s an obvious difference that drives me to do what I do every waking hour.
